By purchasing from ElectronicDen, you agree to the following terms. These conditions are strictly enforced to align with our wholesale supplier’s requirements.
1. The “24-Hour Testing” Requirement (Strict)
Because our products are shipped directly or sourced on-demand, you must test your neon lights immediately upon delivery.
Deadline: Any manufacturing defects (e.g., the lights won’t turn on or have dead segments) must be reported within 24 hours of the courier’s delivery timestamp.
Mandatory Video Proof: To process a claim, you must provide a clear video of the product being unboxed and plugged in, showing the fault. Without this video, we cannot file a claim with our supplier, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
Late Reports: Any claims made after the 24-hour window will be automatically declined.
2. Final Sale Policy (No “Change of Mind”)
We operate as a resale business and do not hold physical inventory. Therefore:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges if you change your mind, find the product elsewhere, or decide you no longer want the item.
Please ensure the color, length, and “Smart App” compatibility (2.4GHz Wi-Fi) meet your requirements before purchasing.
3. Exclusions from Refunds
A refund or replacement will not be issued if:
The neon strip has been cut, soldered, or modified in any way.
The original packaging has been damaged or discarded.
The product was damaged due to incorrect voltage (e.g., using a non-standard power adapter).
The damage was caused by the courier (claims for courier damage must be filed directly with the shipping company).
4. Processing Timeline
In line with our supplier’s schedule, all approved refunds or credits are processed on Mondays for the previous week’s claims. Please allow 3-5 business days after processing for the funds to reflect in your account.
5. ElectronicDen is a reseller and is not the manufacturer. We are not liable for any third-party damages, property damage, or injuries resulting from the use or malfunction of these products. Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement of the defective unit or a refund of the purchase price.
