Setting up your strip
Plug into any USB port — lights up immediately. For app control, scan the QR code on the box, download the app, enable Bluetooth and connect. Remote works straight out of the box.
Important — please check your order when it arrives
Check the packaging — photograph it before opening if the box is visibly damaged
Test the strip immediately — plug it in and confirm all lights work within 24 hours of receiving
Test the remote — point at the receiver end of the USB cable and press any button
Check all items are included — strip, remote, USB cable and adhesive backing
Report any issues within 7 days — our returns policy only covers faults reported within 7 days
Keep the original packaging — you may need it if a return or exchange is required
