We accept Mastercard and Visa through our secure Yoco payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and we never store your card details.

You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours by contacting us on 083 652 0923 or emailing info@electronicden.com. Once dispatched we cannot make changes.

Yes — our website uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through Yoco, a trusted South African payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, delivery takes 10–15 business days to anywhere in South Africa.

Yes — free delivery on all orders across South Africa. No minimum order, no hidden fees.

We deliver to all areas across South Africa including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein and surrounding areas.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. Use it on the courier website to track your delivery in real time.

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of dispatch contact us on 083 652 0923 or email info@electronicden.com and we will investigate immediately.

The RGB Neon Magic Strip is 5 metres long — enough to go around a full bed frame, desk setup, TV wall or gaming station.

Scan the QR code on the box with your phone camera. It takes you straight to the app download on the App Store or Google Play. Download the app, turn on Bluetooth, open the app and tap Add Device. Your strip connects automatically.

Yes — an infrared remote control is included. Point it at the receiver end of the USB cable and press any button. No pairing needed — works straight out of the box.

USB powered (5V). Plug into any USB port — phone charger, laptop, power bank or TV. Note: USB wall adapter is not included in the box.

The sound reactive mode picks up ambient sound through your phone's microphone — not directly from Spotify. Play music out loud in the room and the lights will react to the beat automatically.

The strip has pre-applied 3M adhesive backing — peel and stick. Clean the surface first for best results. On rough or textured walls use extra cable clips or double-sided tape available at hardware stores.

No — designed for indoor use only. Do not expose to water or high moisture environments.

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order for unused items in original packaging. See our full Refund Policy.

Contact us immediately via WhatsApp on 083 652 0923 or email info@electronicden.com with photos or a short video of the fault. We will offer a replacement or refund.

Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
