Returns Window
We accept returns within 7 days of the date you receive your order. After 7 days we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
- Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Item must be in its original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase
- The return must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or had the adhesive backing removed
- Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect power supply
- Items returned after the 7-day window
Faulty or Damaged Items
Contact us immediately via WhatsApp on 083 652 0923 with photos or a short video showing the fault. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number, description and photos if applicable
- We will provide return instructions
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the item
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
