At ElectronicDen , we are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders across South Africa. To keep our prices low and our shipping free, we source our neon products directly from our wholesale partners on demand.
1. Processing Time
Before an order is dispatched, it undergoes a processing period of 1–3 business days. During this time, we secure your stock from our supplier and prepare it for the courier.
2. Delivery Timeline
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes:
8 to 15 Business Days
Please note that “Business Days” do not include weekends or public holidays.
3. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to become active.
4. Why the 8–15 Day Window?
To provide you with Free Shipping and the best possible wholesale pricing, we use a consolidated shipping model. This allows us to move high-quality neon products from our suppliers to your door without extra costs to you.
5. Damaged Items & The 24-Hour Rule
Even though shipping is free, the 24-hour testing rule still applies.
If your package arrives damaged, take photos immediately.
You must test your lights and report any faults within 24 hours of delivery.
ElectronicDen is not liable for damage caused by the courier, but we will assist you in filing a claim if you provide proof within the required window.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct. Because we offer free shipping, we cannot cover the cost of a “re-delivery” if the original address provided was incorrect or if the courier was unable to reach you after multiple attempts.
