1. Business Model & Sourcing
[Your Business Name] operates as a reseller. We source our products on-demand from third-party wholesale partners (DMC Wholesale). By placing an order, you acknowledge that we do not manufacture the products and are acting as an intermediary to provide these items to you.
2. Accuracy of Information
While we strive for accuracy, product images, descriptions, and colors are provided for illustrative purposes. Because neon lighting can appear different on various screens, we do not guarantee an exact color match. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without notice.
3. Order Processing & Stock Availability
Because we do not hold physical inventory, your order is subject to the availability of our wholesale partner.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
Once an order is “Processed,” it cannot be cancelled or changed, as the order has already been secured with our supplier.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Courier Responsibility: Delivery is handled by third-party courier services. ElectronicDen is not liable for delays, lost packages, or physical damage caused during transit.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5. Technical Requirements & User Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their environment is compatible with the products:
Network: Smart/Wi-Fi strips require a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi band. Failure to connect due to network incompatibility is not a valid reason for a refund.
Power: Customers must use the specific power adapters provided. Damage caused by improper voltage is the user’s responsibility.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElectronicDen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to property damage or personal injury) arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the item in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
