We offer free delivery on all orders to any address in South Africa. No minimum order, no hidden fees.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
After processing, delivery takes 10–15 business days to anywhere in South Africa. Remote areas may take slightly longer. These are estimates — delays may occur due to courier challenges beyond our control.
We use Bob Go to manage deliveries. Bob Go selects the best available courier for your area which may include The Courier Guy, Fastway, Dawn Wing or similar reputable SA couriers.
Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. Use it on the courier's website to track your delivery in real time.
Please ensure your address is correct when ordering. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
